Everyone has played a game and thought "You know what they should add in the sequel?" Sometimes you would get lucky and said feature would make it into numero dos, but chances are more often than not the sequel came and went, sans your awesome idea. However, the Internet is a helluva drug, and a handful of developers have really put an ef
