Every Monday, at 9 AM Pacific / 12 PM Eastern, Nintendo adds to the Wii Virtual Console library. The updates for 4/18/2008 are Fantasy Zone (500 Wii Points) from the Sega Master System and Super Turrican (800 Wii Points) from the Sega Genesis.
