Inmate Files Restraining Order Against 'Grand Theft Auto'

Video Games – An inmate residing at the Federal Corrections Institute in Williamsburg County, S.C. has filed a handwritten complaint against parties including Take-Two and Rockstar Games, Next-Gen has found.

The inmate went on to state, "I hate to see my life played out in a video game. Where's my royalties?"

There has to be someway to stop these ridiculous lawsuits being filed by non-society members.

I have read in the past that most do it just to tax the legal system and do it for fun. Judging from some of his previous suits, I'd say that's the case.
