Greg Chudecke, an industry pro who worked heavily on such franchises and games as Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring and SOCOM, has launched his own studio called Caffeinated Games. Caffeinated Games' goal is to not only create games, but also act as a social network for developers and gamers to interact as well.
